Signcom will be working in collaboration with the Latin America & Caribbean Road Danger Reduction Forum to ensure the successful implementation of the program
We are appealing to everyone to come out on Sunday 18th November at around
5:30pm for a walk from Micheal’s Mount, FOR A CANDLE LIGHT WALK
along Independence Avenue, and then to the Dredges Ground for a ceremony,
where victims can speak out by sharing their stories, poems will be read.
A remembrance plaque will be signed, and flowers will be providedto lay
next to the victim’s name, BLACK BALLOONS WILL ALSO BE RELEASED.
