April 22, 2007, 3:36am CST, Interstate 10 West Mile Marker 35 Gulfport, Mississippi ~ 4 cars, 1 fatality (James Allen Harms), 2 Drunk Drivers in separate vehicles (Alicia Marie Carmack & Tadeo Macias Romero), Alicia Carmack faced 25 years for DUI Manslaughter & Fleeing the scene involving death…, Harrison County DA’s office reached an agreement for a guilty plea, without discussing with the victim’s family, to drop 10 years, on April 6, 2009, Alicia Marie Carmack was sentenced to 10 years followed by a 5 year probation, September 2012 I was advised through MDOC that Alicia is eligible for early release supervision (ERS) in May 2013 which is ONLY 39% of her ordered sentence! Tadeo Macias Romero was NEVER charged!
