Observing the World Day of Remembrance in the Southern State of Kerala – A Novel Initiative

People’s Health Initiative, an NGO, joins hands with the prime news channel of Kerala- Asianet News- to raise consciousness of the society to the menace of Road Traffic Injury, as part of observing  the WDR in 2012.

Asianet News Channel will telecast throughout the day, 12 case studies, to highlight the theme “Individual Devastation” as a result of a road traffic injury or bereavement.

There will be panel discussions featuring Neurosurgeons, Police Officials, Road Engineering Experts, and live coverage from Trauma Centers.

The event is a joint effort by People’s Health Initiative and Asianet.
