Like every year for World Day, FEVR is again providing a poster and video for the World Day in 2016.

If you would like to receive both poster and video in your own language, please complete the form on the right and follow the instructions below:

1. Upload your logo and any other logos you wish to use on the poster, via the upload buttons at the end

2. Please write the relevant wording in your language into the boxes provided before submitting the form.

Further Information:

1) Logo(s) saved as JPEG, Gif or PNG files

2) Please name your files as:

   Your Association-Country-City-Name-Date

   An example for your Logo upload:

   ”RoadPeace – UK – London – Logo – 20.11.2016“

3) Please upload the logos using the FILE UPLOAD buttons, following the steps indicated above.

   A maximum of 5 files can be uploaded.

4) Please complete the boxes with the translations

5) Entries with an Asterisk ‘*’ are mandatory;

     if you are unable to provide information for these fields, please type N/A before submitting.
