USA, Durham, 16 November 2014

The Duke Global Health Institute, along with the Duke Medicine Departments of Trauma, Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Duke Global Neurosurgery and Neuroscience, will be hosting a candlelight vigil and awareness campaign on November 16 from 6-8 pm. The event will take place on the quad in front of the Duke Chapel. Information will be provided on local and statewide road traffic statistics as well as global research being done currently to lower rates of road traffic injury. In addition, the Duke Medicine Trauma Department will have safe teen driver information and a car seat tutorial. All are welcome to attend.
