Barbados, Bridgetown, The Barbados Road Safety Association, 16 November 2014
We will have a candle light vigil along with a balloon release at a gathering in Queens Park where a ‘Wall of Remembrance displaying the names of all persons who died on our roads and the year they died since 2000. Relatives are asked to pin a yellow ribbon next to the names of their relatives. A Church service will also be held in the morning to commemorate the day.
