The main event to commemorate victims of road traffic accidents will start with a church service and mass in memory of road traffic victims in Ljubljana and will continue in the evening of November 15th – in a cultural hall inside the City Hall of Ljubljana. We will make a short cultural program where one of the ambassadors of Zavod Varna pot Breda Marija Kovše will introduce us her third collection of poems ‘’Opus Jeseni’’. There will be music and speeches and a symbolic lighting of candles.

All towns and cities in Slovenia have been invited to participate in this important international action. They have been invited to do their own (cultural) program. We have also invited various governmental and non-governmental organizations from all around Slovenia to take part in the project.  We do not know yet how many and which towns will take part in the action but we are sure the City of Ljubljana will not be alone.

All activities and publicity are coordinated by Zavod Varna Pot – Safe Journey Institute www.varna-pot.si
