An all day long event will be held at the Cathedral Square, the main square of the country, on 17th November 2013
The Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, together with The Center of Democratic Initiatives and a group of volunteers will light over 16 000 candles – to remember all road traffic victims since the country’s independence in 1990.
