On the occasion of World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, the Forum for Prevention of Road Accidents (FPRA) in association with Indian Medical Association (IMA), Cuttack is going to organize a state level seminar “Traffic Safety and Emergency Medical Care of Accident Victims”.

The programme will be organised at the Forum for Prevention of Road Accidents (FPRA) in association with Indian Medical Association (IMA), Cuttack is going to organize a state level seminar “Traffic Safety and Emergency Medical Care of Accident Victims”. The programme will be organised at IMA House, Cuttack (India) on 17th November 2013 at about 10 am. Participants including doctors, police officials, fire fighters, ambulance operators, press and media persons, road accident victims and social workers will participate in this seminar.

At our request, the State Transport Authority, Government of Odisha has instructed all its Regional Transport Officers to observe the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims on 17th November 2013 in different districts of Odisha. Activities like Silent Prayer, Speech of District Magistrate/Superintendent of Police and other Road Safety Awareness Programme are proposed to be organised on this occasion.
