In collaboration with the governmental agencies REACTION will  prepare the National Event for the World Day.

The program of the day is:

1. Prayer for the victims of road collisions
2. Event in the presence of political and religious leadership
3. Flame transfer of soldiers in the streets of cities of the country
4. Small events in each city for the victims.
5. Arrival of the flame in a football stadium in the presence of more than 20000 people to the accompaniment of a band.

On 26 September 2011 the nonprofit organization REACTION, Youth for the Prevention became officially certified by the Registrar of Companies of the Republic of Cyprus, and was established under the Company Law, Cap 113.

The word REACTION is an abbreviation of the words Research – Education – Action, which all representing the three main pillars of the organization in the sectors of research, education and action.

Our organization focuses its activities on young people under 30 years old and employs highly trained and professional staff.

Until the 26 September 2012, one year after the official establishment, our team has proudly carried out 18 national campaigns, 23 local campaigns, 236 lectures, participated in 6national and 3 European projects and established 8 national programs in collaboration with the government. Also, we distributed more than 700000 informational leaflets, made 19 tv spots, participated in 15 tv and radio shows and published more than 25articles.
