We organize for the third time a remembrance moment for road victim s. We do this together with the organizations of road victims OVK en Over-Hoop. During 378 seconds all traffic stops to remember the 378 deadly road victims in Flanders. During these seconds wishes will be read by victims and relatives. The Flemish Minister of Transport, the police, the mayor of Asse also participate.
